The staff here helped me with an insect bite on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, laundry, and a restaurant. I always come back for a romantic escape. No regrets!

Compact, great-sized room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Favourable and decent location around 10-15 minutes walk from Nusamai Bridge...
Beds were hard.

its location was decent, just off many restaurants, convenience stores, restaurants and bus stop, and the shopping center. i visited cocktail bar jizi near the venue for a few drinks.

We had an excellent stay at Wbf in a spacious room near the train station and bus terminal. the breakfast was amazing! They served delicious Hokkaido potato salad and homemade pudding. the local Hokkaido food was labeled and worth trying. the bath salts made our skin feel luxurious. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. Great value for the price!
No complaints whatsoever! 😊

The hotel had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, with hiking and biking trails nearby for us to explore and get some fresh air. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our vacation even more enjoyable. And the best part? They had a complimentary children's club and self-parking, so we didn't have to worry about anything. We can't wait to stay at more Hotel Wbf branches on our future trips to Japan!
The only thing we would have loved to see at the hotel was a better selection of activities for young party-going people, like a disco or a cool rooftop bar. It would have added some extra fun to our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the bed was super comfy and the room had a great view. the staff were polite and helpful, even though there was a slight language barrier. We loved the DIY ice-cream/ ramen/soft drinks in the afternoon and evening, and the free laundry machine and microwave were a bonus. We will definitely come back, especially with our family. Highly recommended!
Felt at home instantly, nothing was too much trouble.

As a group of friends, we loved the convenient location within walking distance to the city center, restaurants, and bars. the option to borrow bikes for free made exploring the city even easier. the complimentary refreshment drinks and ice-cream downstairs were a pleasant surprise. the hotel's generosity with amenities such as free-flow refreshments, soft-serve ice cream, and even a ramen supper made our stay feel extra special. the pillow bay on each floor allowed us to customize our sleeping experience. the complimentary laundry machine was a great convenience, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. We also enjoyed being surrounded by a variety of F&B outlets and the proximity to the Kushiro Washo market.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

The cleanliness and thoughtfulness of facilities were mind-blowing, with free loan items like foot massage units and entertainment devices. The comfortable room size and free washing machine were super convenient. The location near a supermarket, convenience store, and various restaurants was jaw-dropping. The friendly and helpful staff made this the best hotel experience in Japan. The fair price, great location, and cheap car park were impressive. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious Hokkaido specialties and bath salts for a luxurious experience. The room had everything you needed and the extra pillows and amenities were a nice touch. Definitely coming back!

The hotel had a great selection of entertainment devices available for loan at the lobby, including foot massage units. the location was also very convenient, just a short stroll from the river and a 10-minute walk from the train station. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean.
The rooms were quite small, especially for a romantic escape. the bed was too small for two Westerners, which made it uncomfortable for a cozy night's sleep.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
